This GAS meter, with serial # G4 K0004520-10-01, Make: elster is installed on 23rd February 2011 at Pollard Road, near Whetstone, bought from DMS Flow Measurement & Control Specialist at Unit 4 Brookhill Business Park, 40a Brookhill Road, Pinxton, Nottingham NG16 6NT. Invoice # 11811, account # CASH1001 . This GAS meter and Regulator Kit are belonged to WENG ONG.
This gas meter had been checked by Grahame of NATIONAL GRID on 24th February, A.D 2011.
If anyone found tampering with them or stealing them, he/she becomes liable for admiralty commercial damages of £100,000 One-Hundred-Thousand GB pounds or more, per weng: ong's discretion.
