1. THIS NOTICE is served upon Nicholas Anthony Hanning, all employees, agents, servants, representative(s) of RWPS LAW/RWPS LLP and other third parties to disclose and produce document in relation to the Court Order of 17 August 2010 under the Claim # 0WL00858 within 7 days :-
a. ... a sealed true copy of the said Court Order made in the West London County Court and/or;
b. ... a sealed true copy of the said Court Order made in the Central London County Court and/or;
c. … a copy of the said Court Order whether is it a fabricated or not;
d. … to remove Charging Order as the judgement debt had paid in full under the said Court Order;
e. … to produce the Statement of Costs of the hearing on 17 August 2010 under the said Claim Number;
2. THIS NOTICE is served upon Nicholas Hanning, all employees, agents, servants, representative(s) of RWPS LAW/RWPS LLP and other third parties that MARTIN NICHOLAS CALLAN is not entitled to any damages. He did not serve a schedule of loss by 4pm on 10 April 2012. He is not entitled to any claim.
3. THIS NOTICE is served upon Nicholas Anthony Hanning, all employees, agents, servants, representative(s) of RWPS LAW/RWPS LLP and other third parties who interfere with my private relationship with Martin Nicholas Callan become my trustees and co-trustees.
5. THIS NOTICE is served upon Nicholas Anthony Hanning, all employees, agents, servants, representative(s) of RWPS LAW/RWPS LLP that I claim for damages from all parties who are involving in aiding and abetting Martin Nicholas Callan;
